At Pioneer Tallow, we believe what you put on your skin should be as intentional as what you put in your body. Every product we create is made with whole, thoughtfully sourced ingredients chosen for their purity, performance, and compatibility with the skin.

We keep our formulations simple on purpose — because skin thrives on clarity, not complexity.

🐄 Our Tallow

We use 100% grass-fed & grass-finished beef tallow, sourced responsibly in the United States.

Grass-finished tallow is exceptionally rich in:

  • Vitamins A, D, E, and K

  • Skin-supportive fatty acids

  • Nutrients that closely mimic the skin’s natural lipid barrier

This makes tallow deeply nourishing, highly absorbable, and ideal for dry, sensitive, or compromised skin.

No grain-finished fats.
No deodorized fillers.
Just whole, traditional fat — prepared with care.

🌿 Our Oils & Infusions

We pair our tallow with organic and thoughtfully sourced oils, including:

  • Organic golden jojoba oil

  • Whole-herb infusions such as calendula and chamomile

These ingredients are chosen to calm, support, and strengthen the skin while keeping formulas minimal and effective.

Our products are anhydrous (water-free), which allows us to avoid preservatives entirely.

All scented Pioneer Tallow products are made using:

  • Essential oils

  • Naturally derived fragrance components (when noted)

We never use synthetic fragrance blends, parfum, or artificial scent boosters.

Our scents are intentionally soft and skin-close — designed to complement the experience, not overwhelm it.

Common essential oils include:

  • Frankincense (including rare resin infusions)

  • Lavender

  • Sweet Orange

  • Mint

  • Natural vanilla

  • Synthetic fragrances or dyes

  • Parabens or preservatives

  • Petroleum-based fillers

  • Artificial stabilizers or emulsifiers

If an ingredient doesn’t serve the skin, it doesn’t belong in our products.
